How often should first aid kits be checked?
First aid kits should be checked at least every 12 months or after they have been used to make sure supplies are stocked and in date.
Different workplaces may need different restocking schedules. Childcare centres, gyms, sports clubs and higher-use workplaces often benefit from checks every 3 months, while lower-use offices or retail settings may suit a 6-monthly or annual check.
Do you restock existing first aid kits?
Yes. We check and restock your existing first aid kits, even if you did not purchase them from us. We replace used, expired, missing or damaged items as needed.
How much does first aid kit restocking cost?
For scheduled Sydney visits, we do not charge a service fee. You only pay for the items that need to be replaced due to use, expiry or damage.
What happens during a first aid kit restock?
We check the contents of each kit, remove expired or damaged items, replace used or missing supplies, tidy the kit, and leave a service record on-site for your records.
What items commonly need replacing?
Common items include gloves, bandages, saline, eye wash, wound dressings, burn gel, burn dressings, instant ice packs, antiseptic items, tape and resuscitation masks.
Do you provide a service record?
Yes. After checking and restocking your kits, we can leave a service record on-site so you have a record of the visit and the kits checked.
Do we need to book regular restocking?
You can book regular scheduled restocking, or you can contact us when your kits need checking. Many workplaces choose a regular schedule so their kits do not get forgotten.
Can we order first aid refills without a site visit?
Yes. You can contact us with a list of the items you need, and we can arrange first aid supplies and refills for delivery.
